  • Clients and contracted projects: during the professional relationship and, subsequently, during the periods required by tax, accounting, contractual, and liability regulations.
  • Necessary data to address claims: while legal responsibilities may arise.

Once the periods have ended, the data will be deleted or blocked when legally necessary.

6. Recipients and providers

The data will not be sold or communicated to third parties for commercial purposes.

Providers who provide necessary services for the activity may access them, including:

  • Odoo SA, as the provider of the web platform, hosting, infrastructure, and communication dispatch;
  • hosting, backup, security, and maintenance providers used by Odoo;
  • email provider;
  • management, consulting, or professionals who must intervene in compliance with legal obligations or in project management;
  • authorities and public bodies when there is a legal obligation.

These providers will process the data solely to provide their services and under the corresponding contractual and confidentiality obligations. Odoo indicates that the client maintains control over the information incorporated into their database and that their subprocessors must be used in accordance with data protection regulations.

7. International transfers

The database is hosted via Odoo Online. Odoo uses hosting regions and infrastructure providers for the provision, security, and backup of its services.

If any of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, Odoo must apply the guarantees recognized by the regulations, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other legally valid mechanisms.

8. Rights of the data subjects
